This weekend was so fun. I went garage sale-ing with my niece Jenny and her kiddos and we had a blast. Saturday night, Corene, Matt and Jenny's oldest, had her very first all-by-herself-sleepover. Here she is in the backseat with 8 lilac bushes that we spliced from my folks' place.
We took Corene to her first movie in the theater. Of course we had popcorn. We saw Kung Fu Panda and we all gave it two thumbs up.
We got home late, so straight to bed! The dogs happily joined her - and they stayed with her during the lightning and thunder!

We met up with the rest of the family at church but thought we better get a picture of the three of us to commemorate Corene's first sleepover!
