My Mama Drama
I would be remiss if I didn't acknowledge that one of the things that made these holidays with everyone so special was that my Mama was here for it! Not just here, but cancer free and getting chubby cheeks! YAY!

BTW, hog jaw is just like bacon...only the meat comes from the hog's jaw rather than the side of the hog.
I have no clue why my mother insists we eat some every New Year's Day. ;)
